Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Shipping Time
- USA: 3-5 business days.
- This does not include our processing time of 1–3 days.
Tracking Information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Lost Packages
Ash & Parchment is not responsible for lost packages if an incorrect address was provided during the order process. Please double-check that your billing and shipping address are correct before finalizing your purchase. If we made an error, we will take full responsibility and resend your original order free of charge.
Customs Fees
We are not responsible for customs fees once the items are shipped. By purchasing our products, you agree that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and customs fees may apply upon arrival in your country.
"No Tracking Information Available"
Some shipping providers take 1–3 business days to update tracking information in their system. If your order was placed more than 7 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us at ashandparchment@gmail.com.
Are My Items Shipped in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if combined shipping was requested.
